With a 12 oz capacity, it’s ideal when you don’t need a commonly sized 24-50oz jar starter jar. Holds up to 100 g of fully risen starter, and up to 4 small jars fit inside the Sourdough Home.
• EASILY TRACK SMALL STARTERS – Clear glass and a smaller jar size make tracking the rise of small starters easier. Use the black silicone ring to mark the current height, and track your starter's rise using the measurement markings (both centimeters and inches).
• EASY CLEANING – Both the glass jar and plastic lid are fully dishwasher safe for easy, repeat cleaning. Small Starter Jar has smooth walls and a curved bottom, so there is nowhere for starter to get stuck.
• NO DIGGING – Sized and shaped for small starter amounts, so rise progress is clear and access is easy. The curved bottom lets you easily scoop without digging into deep corners. Dimensions: 3” wide, 3.6” tall.
